The Sinclair C5

Sinclair C5 Museum of Science and Industry Manchester

A fine machine for a lunatictraveler but dont expect to get to far.
This is the Sinclair C5.
It was designed by Sir Clive Sinclair. It is a battery and has a top speed of below 15 miles per hour (24 km per hour). This was the spped limit above which a driving licence was required.
The C5 cost 399 ( plus a 29 delivery charge) in 1985, due to problems of driving in traffic and bad press coverage at the time the C5 was a commercial faliure only 12,000 were ever produced.
This one was used by the Executive Development Programme 9 at the Manchester Business School Creativity and Inovation were part of the course
